Big Brother Shortly after taking this picture a security guard from the City Center came up to me to tell me I was not allowed to take pictures from the roof of their parking garage. It is apparently a private lot and you need to check with the head security before taking pictures from their roof. So, heads up if you ever get the idea to take pictures from the top of the City Center parking lot, they’re watching you.
