It gets pretty cold here in the winter which means we spend a lot of time inside of local bars waiting out the winter. While warming up one night I started to think about how many awesome bars exist in Minnesota. That gave me the idea to start a photo project to photograph all the cool and unique bars around here that I come across. This is my MNBars project. To kick it off I started with Parlour in the North Loop. It’s a great bar below Borough that’s dark, has a ton of whiskey and a perfect place to warm up on these cold Minnesota nights.
